Getting Higher Turbulance Viscosity Ratio

Hi all, I am working on air flow in a horizontal cylinder. Air entry is vertical downword, tangential from the top side and exit is vertical out. Cylinder is closed from both end side horizontal

I have taken k-e model for analysis, flow inlet is 5.0 m/s and for exit I have taken outflow condition. energy equation is not selected for solving only flow equation.

I am getting turbulent viscosity ratio is very high in the all iteration as more than 1.0e+05 (beyond its limits). I could not understand the phenomena in fluent. I have tried various flow condition but same error. The solution is not converged and exits giving an error as "invalid number". Please help me out

When I have taken "Invisid" flow with energy equation, it converged but in boundary condition fluent is not allowing the conduction at wall. What may the problem. please help me out

Thanking you all
