Default FLUENT import error

I hope someone has had a similar problem/message and can give me some advice. When I try and read a specific *.msh file FLUENT displays the following when it is building the grid: Warning: Number of nodes read (262790) does not match number referenced (262778). Resetting counter to match the number referenced. After that message it continues to load normally and I don't experience any problems while iterating. When I do a grid check, nothing reports out of the ordinary. A colleague tells me that I should be very concerned about this message - should I be?

Cheers, Tim.
