how to calculate gradient through udf -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

sat_fire New Member Satyam Join Date: Jun 2017 Posts: 7 Rep Power: 8	I have to calculate gradient of velocity after each time step.and this gradient is used to define velocity at inletin next time step . I am using C_U_G(x,t)[0] within DEFINE_PROFILE but it's not working. please tell me how to use gradient suntax in udf.
