can you suggest me the reynolds number ranges to select different solvers(laminar,k epsilon, spalart allmaras,etc.,) can i select spalart allmaras for 97000 and more than reynolds number

Look to some book on turbulence, like Wilcox, Turbulence modeling for CFD.
