Hi there,

I am simulating a hydrogen combustion problem with global 1-step chemical reaction with laminar finite-rate model with FLUENT. However, I kept encountering auto-ignition problem due to finite heat release at room temperature. Can anyone offer me any advice as to how I can adjust the heat release rate for my model, say, if the temperature is below 500K, the heat release is set to 0, otherwise, the heat release calculated from the model is used.

Regards,
