WARNING: Unassigned interface zone detected for interface 4 WARNING: Unassigned interface zone detected for interface 5 Error: Init_Flow: unassigned interface_zones Error Object: ()

If you have interface boundary types you need to pair them up and define interface zones, see under >define>grid interfaces, hope this helps. Dave
