Writing PDE BC for mass fraction in UDF??

To All Fluent Experts all over the world,

Thanks you for your assistance in solving my earlier problem. I am now facing another problem.

How to write the PDE BC with UDF for mass fraction ? There is a built macro for Div (v)/Div (y). But i cant find any macro for Div(m)/Div(y) where m = mass fraction.

By the way, i am going to include it on the wall boundary.

Is there any other way to do it?

Thank you.

Re: Writing PDE BC for mass fraction in UDF??

Hi,

There are not any macros for it. So we have to define the differential equation in UDF.

Mass fraction of a species is defined as "C_YI(c, t, 0)". This "0" is the species number in the panel of "Define-Materials-mixture templete-names-edit-selected species".

Thanx

FJ
