segregated solver help!

Default segregated solver help!

I meet a problem: The fluent help say: (segregated solver only) Use conservative under-relaxation parameters on the velocities, perhaps values of 0.2 or 0.3 but,I cannot find the velocities,there is pressure,density and so on.please help me ! thanks inadvance!!
