can turbulent dissipation rate be larger than 10e? -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

Thonstad Guest Posts: n/a	Hello, every one! in my DPM calculation,the k-e model was used, however,the result was unsatisfied, because the turbulent dissipation rate was in the order of 10e+4, and redidual of velocity,continuity,k and e were in the order of 10e-4, could it be right? how can i correct this problem? please help me ,if you have good idea,thanks!
