when i try to mark some cells in the domain and then seperate them, i get the following error.

I try adapt --> region --> and then select my quad, circle etc.. I tried both of them. But i get the same error.

Do you know the solution to this problem?

Error: Separate_Cell_Thread: hanging nodes Error Object: ()

hi,

you can not separate the cells which have been refined by hanging node refinement. You should do the separation before the refinement step.
