Is anyone can tell how we can specify different reactions in various zones in species transport model?

I think you would have to use a UDF. While this is possible, you might gather from the number of questions in this discussion forum, writing UDFs is time consuming to 1) get everything set-up properly, 2)figure what the "physics" of your problem are, 3) write the code, and 4) make sure the code is doing what you think.
