Fluent on the Linux?

Hello, everyone. I want to know how to run Fluent on the Linux.

I don't know about Linux system and I think that is the reason why I can't solve the problem of compiling my UDF until now.

For example, when I build the UDF file, in the directroy "libudf" not "ntx86", but "aix 51_64" is created. Also I can't get the udf.h file anywhere.

Please, help me.. TT

FLUENT works on Linux in the same way as on Windows. You just need to set up your path in the /home/<your_account/.bashrc file.

It's OK you don't see the ntx86 directory on a linux workstation, because FLUENT creates a directory whose name is platform dependent. That directory is called lnx86 on Linux on Intel platforms, aix 51_64 on aix...and so on.

Hi :)
