Any expirinence with AMD-Opteron+Fluent6.1.

What are memory limits on Opteron? Still 2GB?

It's limited by motherboard size really (ie: as much as you can stick in!). 32 bit Windows pro editions are still limited to 3Gb per process and 4Gb max though. You really need a 64 bit version of Windows or Linux!

But what if I allready have 64 bit OS and 32bit Fluent.

Is it still limited to 3Gb?

Until now Fluent is limited to 32bit and therefore you have the same limitation of 3 GB per process on an Opteron platform also you have a 64 bit OS. I think the new version which will come at the end of the year gives full support of 64 bit for the Opteron CPU.
