Sliding mesh error

Default Sliding mesh error

has anyone come across the following sliding mesh error: Updating solution at time level N... done. iter time/iter Flow time = 9.9999997e-06, time step = 1 2 more time steps

Updating solution at time level N... done. get-nodes-on-cell-face-edge

Error: FLUENT received fatal signal (ACCESS_VIOLATION) 1. Note exact events leading to error. 2. Save case/data under new name. 3. Exit program and restart to continue. 4. Report error to your distributor. Error Object: () i generated the mesh in gambit and followed the instructions for sliding mesh properly. help will be appreciated.

you may have the sliding faces still as connected geometry. see this link...

thank you very much. i needed to export the mesh for each region seperately and its now working.
