I'm moving a wall with other deforming parts but when I make the preview, fluent tells me that a negative volume is detected...how is it possible?

your moving distance (every time step) is much greater than cells' length. reduce time step or change dynamic mesh parameters good luck

I already made what you say but fluent continues to give me error, I have tetrahedral mesh (2d) size 0.25, the wall that moves at 20 m/s and a time step 0.01 s...what is the problem?

i think it concerns your definition of your dynamic zones. maybe you specified the wrong direction for your rigid boudaries. or perhaps your cell volume in your mesh model do not correspond to the layering height of the cells in the dynamic zones.
