Default Flow past a cylinder!!

I am simulating flow past a cylinder(2D) using FLUENT. I need to define zero vorticity gradient (Nuemann condition) at the outlet of my circular boundary. I know that i need to use UDF for this but i am not sure how exactly to proceed. anyone with any idea please post a reply
