2-phase surface flow

Hi! Does anybody knows any other models to handle surface flows except VOF? I see in Eulerian and Langrange model, that i have to put a characteristic diameter in the secondary flow panel, which means that i have to describe particle flow, which i don't want. The reason for asking is that Fluent reports that Dynamic mesh and VOF are not compatible!(i use dynamic). Any ideas are welcome! thanks!

Where does Fluent report this? In our cases it is compatible. Frank |

Thank you Frank !!I wanted this confirmation!!!! But take a look in Fluent 6.1 Documentation:FLUENT Model Compatibility, and you will see what i mean! i hope that the results of dynamic vof are certainly reliable!

Hello stk,
this is a mistake of Fluent, which was also confirmed by FLUENT support. Frank |
