Default Uniting two volumes

Hi all,

I'm currently new to Gambit and I'm working on a helicopter model. I have modeled a helicopter in two parts, one is the pylon and the other is the body of the helicopter. However when I try to unite these two volumes, Gambit gives an error like this : "ACIS error 1207: Edge tangent to intersection curve but not to surface"

If anyone can help me I'll be very happy..

Thanks..
