Default Torpedo Trajectory

I would like to analyze the torpedo trajectory after it is fired from an under water vehicle. Its exit velocity at different stages.What approach can i use for that, any related reference material for this approach.

use moving mesh (dynamic mesh) feature if fluent 6.1 is available
