Default ques.: viewing the velocity vectors in vof model

I'm trying to use vof model and when I want to show the velocity vector of one og the phases only so I can see the free surface Oscilation I'm not able and the velocity vector of both phases are shown. I the link below some one has done this. http://www.fluent.com/about/news/new...2_fall/jp7.htm

any one know how they done this ?

letsroll is on a distinguished road
In my way, I input the data file in Matlab and draw the velocity vectors with volume fraction equals to 0 or 1 ( air or water phase)
