Default why turbulentintensity is small in cyclone center?

Experiment results show the turbulent parameters, such as turbulent intensity, turbulent kinetic energy, turbulent production, are very large in the central forced vortex. Why are my computational results so small in that region using RSM turbulent model by FLUENT? what on earth are the distribution of turbulent parameters in cyclone separator?

Hope you give me some experiences or recommend related references.

Thanks in advance.
