Default Casson Viscosity model as one user define function

I have two questions regarding modeling non-Newtonian fluids in Fluent:

1) Defining viscosity as a function of Shear Strain Rate, something like below (Casson Model): A*(Gama Dot )^(-1)+B*(Gama Dot)^(-1/2)+C A,B and C:Constants Gama Dot:Shear Strain Rate

2)To defind fully developed velocity as an inlet for a non-Newtonian fluid (Casson model)

looking forward for your kindly responces. Z.Rahmdel
