NOŁ¬ Vorticity is defined as two times of angular velocity. In Mathematics, defined as rotV.

That would be angular momentum in radians per second, and the radians can be ignored. Vorticity is the curl of the Velocity, and it is simply how the infetisemal unit of flow rotates as it travels with the main stream of flow.

The unit of vorticity is same as the units for frequency i.e Hz.
