trouble with gambit

I am working on gambit for my design. I am having trouble opening gambit. when I try to open gambit it is giving an error message and just closing otself. I checked the .lok files and deleted them but the some error message comes in the gambit window and closes. can someone guess what the problem is. thanx, phani
