Default Aeroelastic analisys of a plane

I'm working on an ambitious plan: a procedure for aeroelastic analisys of complete airplane (static aeroelasticity, flutter determination and fully coupled fluid-structure interaction). Now I have a huge problem: at university we have a home-made program for interpolating structure and CFD mesh. This means we use the dynamic mesh (DEFINE_GRID_MOTION) to prescribe the motions of every node. We don't know how to get the data(node positions) especially because we have to use the parallel solver. How to get the data in each compute node? By a UDF or by the export function (nastran or patran grid)? but the most important thing is: how can we prescribe the movement of the CFD grid for each compute node? Our program ( similar to a spring-analogy) can move every kind of grid. Please help.
