Default Turbulence model for turbine blade cooling

Dear Fluent Gurus,

I work on a special topic regarding the turbine blade cooling in gas turbines. However, since I am quite new to Fluent, I believe I need considerable help about determining the turbulence model that suits the best for my case.

In my (3-D) case, I modeled the turbine blade as a flat plate of finite thickness and length including 11 holes (at %25 chord location) injecting cool air at 6 m/s. Around the blade, hot air flows at 10 m/s. From my past experiences on external turbulent flows (using another Solver), I believe standart k-e model woks well for my case. However, I appreciate any help/idea to determine the best model (to be used with Fluent).

Best regards.
