Hai everyone, i simulate a steam turbine in 2D and next for 3D, but there was a error (violation, error) when geometri of stator and rotor (already merge using 2dtmerge for sliding mesh) was defined for interface.

Is the problem comes from periodicy of geometri? because the geometri stator and rotor not enough/good to be a periodic gemetry?

some times just after interface creation the mesh check fails due to left hand right hand faces , you can fix this in fluent command prompt by

grid

modify-zones

repair-face-handedness
