how to mesh the tip region of cyclone?

Default how to mesh the tip region of cyclone?

when I mesh this region,always exit 1-2 failed highly skewed meshes,even if no failed mesh, the maxmum skew is about 0.78.

how to do it well?

correction:

the maxmum skew is about 0.97
