Default How to define Cp by UDF?

I am modeling a solidification process by FLUENT 6.1. I want to define different values for conductivity, mass density and specific heat (Cp) at solid and liquid states. I found there is no "user-defined" selection in the droplist for Cp. I don't know why and am wondering how to define Cp by UDF.

Any suggestion is welcome!

Feng
