In fluent mannual in section as given below

6.13.4 Heat Transfer Calculations at Wall Boundaries

Temperature Boundary Conditions

My question are :

1.How does fluent calculates variables in eqution 6.13-8 i.e a) local heat transfer coeffeiceint, b) local fluid temprature

2. What does mean by local heat transfer coeffieceint and external heat transfer coefficient.
