species transport model

I am trying to do species transport model in a cylinder in which reactions is taking place. I 'm sending coal at inlet and air at bottom and am producing gas at outlet . I have written reactions which is assumed to take place inside this model. I want to calculate co,co2,h2,n2,o2,h20 at outlet. I have added species c0,c02,h2,n2,o2,h20 and inert. Even after 1000 iterations i find that inert remains 99% it seems no reaction is taking place. I have checked all boundary condition. Any body could help to solve the problem so that reaction could take place.

Re: species transport model

Are reactions turned on in reaction panel?

Are you using kinetics for reaction rates? Rates reasonable? If so, you'll need some means (i.e. temperature) to get things going.
