what means segregated implicit

Hello,
can somemone explain me the "Segregated implicit" solver? And what ist the coupled implicit/explicit" solver? Do you have any kind of (simple) reference for these issues? Thanks Ralf |

Read a book called numerical flow/heat transfer by Patankar. there's also one by Anderson.
