Default Reaction in an ozonization column

Hello,

I want to study ozonization reactions and also the hydrodynamics. For the time being, we want to start with a simple phenomenon: Ozone-rich air will be bubbled into the water, and in the gas phase, the ozone will decompose to oxygen. Due to the increase in the number of moles, the volume of the bubbles will increase i.e. the bubble hold-up will go on increasing. We want to study how this effects the hydrodynamics.

Can you please suggest:

(1) Which reaction model I should choose? Volumetric reactions or particle surface reactions?

(2) This should be a multiphase model; but when I choose e.g. mixture model, the option for reaction does not come.

Please suggest a way out.

Ozone
