HI guys: Is anyone aware that if the outer face of a pipe volume is meshed using a quad scheme will there be a prism mesh on the wall of the pipe if a T grid meshing scheme is used in Gambit. My ultimate goal remains to have a prism on the wall and tets internally in a pipe flow problem. Thanks, Samir.

just try it out more seriously, if by 'prism' you mean 'pyramid', the answer is Yes.

cheers jb
