Default Two zone in 2d gambit

If I have a 2D rectangle with the upper park would fill with air and the lower park is fluid. How do we define the interface of different zone? Thank you

I think you can cut the 2D rectangle into 2 parts: the upper part and the lower part, or just generate two rectangulars from the beginning, and define the two zones later.
