Flow around Two Tandem Cylinders

Hi everyone, I am trying to simulate the flow around two tandem cylinders (one cylinder is in the wake of the other) at a Reynolds number of 20000. Dose anyone know which turbulent model will work better? I used the DES, but I got very strange flow structure in the gap between the cylinders and Strouhal number was higher than that reported in the experimental work. Thanks in advance. Atef

I am modelling a similar situation and I use k-e RNG Model and it seems to work OK with mine.

If you are interested we can work together to improve our model and just give me an e mail.

Sham.

Thanks Sham for your response. I look forward to working with you in this simulation.
