reversed flow... turbulence viscosity limitted ...

Hi all:

While running my model, I got the following two messages, what does the following sentences mean? please let me now

Thanks in advance. Babu

reversed flow in 119 faces on pressure-outlet 7.

turbulent viscosity limited to viscosity ratio of 1.000000E+05 in 2106 cells.

Re: reversed flow... turbulence viscosity limitted

this means that there is a flow reversal at the outlet where flow should be actually going out, its coming in so there is a net mass accumulation in the domain.

Thanks for your response.

Any suggestion you could give me regarding.

Let me know Thanks again Babu

Babu,

I suggest you change your geometry( probably increase your distance of your outlet) and go to Solve>Control>Limit to change your limit.

May be it is a good idea also to reconsider your B.C.

Sham.
