UDF meshing !!!!!!

Hello, I would like to know how to refine or coarsen the grid of only one cell starting from a personalized UDF code, which will then be called by the function "Execute On Demand". Using this, I would like to create a personalized function of grid adaptation for refining a particular behaviour.
