Default boundary conditions validation?

We all know that when we impose no slip conditions on a wall for example, we mean that for a viscous flow, u=v=0 for 2-dimension problem. If you write profiles in Fluent for wall surfaces, you will see that in those points, u,v are not equal to 0.0!!! And sometimes far from zero!!!!for eample 0.3 m/sec for a profile of 10 m/sec! How this is possible? It would be possible only if the code could do automatically an interpolation of velocities for accelerating the convergence. Or do i see the velocities of the cell centroid above the wall, although i am writing the profile for the wall zone? (But in the graphics window, i see values ). When i refine the mesh, values approach 0. thanks
