Default mesh problem and looking for udf sine wave'case

Hi all,

question one:there is a horn hole in the cylinder domain of 2.5mm thickness plate ,GAMBIT can not mesh it . Could you explain me how I can solve it. question two: my computer always tell me there is an error in the "#include<udf.h>"line after FLUENT compile my udf'file.how to solve it?or,could you give me a successful udf case?
