Hi:

I have a chemical rection equation , such as Si(OC2H5)4+8O3->SiO2+10H2O+8CO2

How do I set the chemical formula about the Si(OC2H5)4 and the sio2 in the materials panel??

I used sio4c8h20 instead of Si(OC2H5)4,is it right?

Warning:mass imbalance in reaction-1 stoichiometry.

Thanks!

The chemical formula is not used (it's just cosmetic). The mass imbalance is calculated from the molecular weight and reaction stochiometric co-efficients. Check these!
