Plotting the Coordinates

Hi, I am simulatoing a continous gas phase in which a discrete particle phase is injected thru' a nozzle. Both the phase, accelarates thru' a C-D nozzle and hits on a substrate. I want to find the co-ordinates of the Substrate in which the particles are hitting orlanding. can any one pls suggest me a way to plot the particles-landing Coordinates on the Substrate.
