Default meshing problemes?!

hello I have a problem when I meshing, surface of geometry, error message in GAMBIT is: mesh of face 1. contains 5 highly skewed elements (EQUISIZE SKEW>0.97) thus I cannot be continued please what is the solution?

hello everyone I have a problem, of non-Newtonian fluid, I can programming a nonNewtonian fluid which depend of the temperautre, in Fluent I uses the powerlaw model, then I does not understand what corresponds T0 and T in the exponential term think you.

Hello everyone, please help. my problem is for choose steady and unsteady state, I have an flow with steady state and heat transfer with unsteady state & the flow is coupled with heat transfer, I have a diffecult to choose the conditions for resolve this problem. think you.
