Default in cell boundary condition

I am new for FLUENT and now I am thinking to model fluid flow through porous media. I need to identify the proporities of both the fluid and the solid. For volume-averaged method, is that possible to identify the fluid-solid boundary condition inside each control volume (I mean I need to have different temperature for both phases in a single CV).

Thanks in advance
