first please excuse me for my bad english, i'm a french student.

my problem is the following : I need a great number of iterations to reach the convergence criteria. But after approx 1200 iterations i recieve the following error message :

Error: FLUENT received fatal signal (ACCESS_VIOLATION) 1. Note exact events leading to error. 2. Save case/data under new name. 3. Exit program and restart to continue. 4. Report error to your distributor. Error Object: ()

what problem caused such a message ? how can i do to resolve it ?

thanks

Pierre

Go to the User services center (http://www.fluentusers.com/fluent61/fluent61.htm) and check.

this error occurs when you want to access data that is not available with the code at that moment. somebody has posted this answer, i think.

questions of this nature have appeared previously also on this forum.
