piston's rpm

Hi, I've got a post-processing questions. We have in experiment a valve which piston rotates because of flowfield. I already made a calculation in steady flow with max stroke and max flow rate. Now I am wondering with which value could I quantify the rotation of the piston. This one is define as wall and I can get the moment of this piston at a point of its rotation axis (x in my case). I can also get the radial force (sqrt(fx**2+fy**2)) and considering this force as an centripete force, meaning I can get the angular velocity of the piston by omega=sqrt(radial_force/(masse*radius_piston)).

Does anyone have any idea for getting the rpm of my piston? I never worked with contour of helicity, angular velocity. Can it helps in my case?

Or should threat it in MDM? but it will take too many time for a "simple calculation" Thanks for your help!
