lifted laminar propane flame

i m having problems on modelling lifted laminar flame using propane as fuel, non-premixed with oxidizer.

should i use prepdf's stretched flamelet? because i cant find propane in the chemical files from prepdf db. can 1 create my own?

Hi slavyler I think you should use a chemical pcakage like CHEMKIN or CEA if c3h8 is not set in prepdf!!!

yeah.... i have tried CHEMKIN both ver 1 and 2..there's no propane. i just got hold of ver3.. so i m going 2 tried it soon.. and does it matter if there is other species in the file but i am not using them?? does that effect my results?

thx abel!!
