massflow at outlet

Hi

I have a suction process with massflow at the outlet and a pressure at the inlet with a gas. How is that done? It seems impossible to have the massflow going outwards! But if I put it the other way around it would be like pushing the flow through. Just imagine a box with an inlet tube and an outlet tube.

Thanks

Re: massflow at outlet

You can try to use a pressure outlet with a target mass flow rate. In fluent 6.2.16 this option is available in the gui, for fluent 6.1.22 you can activate it with the tui.

good luck
