Fluent via Flow-3D
 
Is there any body to give me an idea to choose between fluent and flow-3d. I have used fluent for a while and now I want to try using flow-3d for free surface imcopressible turbulence fuild flow. thanks in advance

Some friends at the University used Fluent for free surface simulations and were forced to change to OpenFOAM because of financial restrictions.

Now they are quite happy since it works much more stable and faster than before. Sorry but I have no idea how good Flow3d works.
