Might try loading Cygwin on windows and then install FOAM.

It a very good code. Not as easy to use as FLUENT, but it's far more versatile, if you need to add your user defined models because you have full access to the source code.

No. OpenFOAM works on Linux ;-)

well you can run OpenFoam on windows under a virtual machine with Linux installed on it, you can try workstation 5 from VMware, Usually I do the other way, on a linux machine a run windows on a virtual machine, that works pretty well. The only problem is that it takes a very good hardware to do the job.
